Pike County Ga. Feb. 27, 1917
I, B. J. Foster of said county and state being of sound mind and memory do make this
my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other heretofore made by me.
Item First-It is my will and desire that my Executor hereinafter named pay all of my
just debts, if any as soon as he can practically do so after my death.
Item Second-It is my will and desire that after the payment of my debts that the
remainder of my property be equally divided between all of my children to wit: Julia A.
Thompson, R.B. Foster, Rebecca Idella Maddox, Fannie Ada Langford, Sallie Viola
Alexander and Carrie Ogletree, all of whom are in life at this time but if any of
them should die before I do then it is my will and desire that the children of such
take interest of such deceased child or children in my estate.
Item Third-
I hereby nominate my son R.B. Foster as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

We the undersigned do hereby certify that B.J. Foster did in our presence signed the
foregoing will and at his special instance I request and signed said will as attesting
witnesses in the presence an in the presence of each other, and the said B.J. Foster
at the time was of sound mind and memory.
