In the name of God Amen. I, Ann McLeod, of said state and county, being of advanced age,
but of sound disposing mind and memory. Knowing that I must shortly depart this life-
deems it right and proper both as respects my family and myself that I should make a
disposition of the property with which kind Providence has blessed me. I do therefore
make this my last will and testament overlooking all other wills heretofore made by me.

First- I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner,
suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. My Soul I trust shall return to rest
with God who gave it.

Secondly- I desire that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Exectrix hereinafter
named.

Thirdly- I give and bequeath and desire to my beloved daughter, Francis B. Mcleod, one
hundred and sixteen and one half acres, more or less of lots no. 115 and 116 in the ninth
district of Pike County Georgia, with all the rights, members and appearances thereunto
belonging, to her own proper use and benefits with full power to dispose of the same as
she may deem proper provided any debts are paid according to the second item of this will.
I also give and bequeath to my said daughter Francis all my personal property hereby
reserving two acres of land heretofore sold by me to Samuel Holt.

Fourthly- I hereby constitute and appoint my daughter Ellen K. Manly Executrix of this my
last will and testament and I desire that after this will is admitted to probate that she
execute the will without any further expense.

In witness whereof I have Signed, Sealed and Published and declared this as my will at my
residence near Concord, Pike County, Georgia on the Second day of December 1879 her
