I, Robert Germany, of sound mind but of feeble body do constitute and ordain this my last will
& testament in the following manner:  to wit, I will & bequeath unto my wife, Mary Germany,
all my landed property on the east side of the Flint River in Pike County - except fraction
N172 in the 9th Dist. Of Pike County; two negro men, one known by the name of Sam, the
other by the name Sandy, also a negro woman named Milly & her child named Ludan (?); also
two good beds of furniture.  I will & bequeath unto my grand daughter - Mary Jain Simmons
the following named property, it being her mothers portion of my estate.  Cloey, Vildy, Amy,
Stephen & Dick, one bed of furniture.  I do authorize & appoint James Germany & William C.
Germany my lawfull agents or trustees to take & manage exclusively all that portion of my
estate I have granted & bequeathed unto my grand daughter Mary Jain Simmons for her
proper use & benefit until she marry or become of age.

I give & bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth & her bodily heirs in addition to what she
has already received the following property:  Bason, Frysey & Harriet.  I authorize and
appoint James Germany & William C. Germany my lawfull agents or trustees for my
daughter Elizabeth & her bodily heirs so far as this portion of my estate I have willed them
is interested (?).  I give unto my daughter Sarah & her bodily heirs in addition to that she
has already received the following property:  Nancy & her child named Easter, Jehu (?) &
Suckey & fraction No. 172, 9th Dist. Of Pike.  I do authorize & appoint James Germany &
William C. Germany my lawfull agents or trustees for my daughter Sarah & her bodily heirs
so far as this portion of my estate I have willed them is interested (?).  I grant & bequeath unto
my son James Germany in addition to that he has received the following negro property:
Hannah, Beau, Jack & the blacksmith tools.

I grant & bequeath unto my daughter Catherine in addition to that she has received the following
property:  Kisiah, Jim & Sarah.  I give unto William C. Germany, my son, the following
property:  Peter, George, Eliza & her child named Maie.  After my wifes death I will her 
portion of my estate to be equally divided between my children & grand child mentioned in
this my will.  All that portion going to my daughters Elizabeth & Sarah & my grand daughter
Mary Jain Simmons I design to be managed by my lawfull agents or trustees, James Germany &
William C. Germany, so far as this property is interested (?).

Furthermore, it is my will & intention that all my estate be kept together until the last
installment is paid on fraction no. 244 in the 9th Dist. Of Meriwether County.  Also it is my
will & request that all kind of livestock attached to my estate be sold in order more fully
to carry into effect this my last will and testament.

I do appoint James Germany & William C. Germany my true & lawfull executers, vested
with power & authority to trade & dispose of all properties not specifically willed to any
other will legatees for the use & advantage of the whole.
