I, Mrs. R.S. Ballard, of said State and County, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory, do hereby make this my last will and
testament, thereby revoking any and all other wills by me heretofore
made.
Item 1: It is my will that my body be buried in a Christian like manner,
suitable to my circumstances in life.
Item 2: It is my will and desire that all my just debts, if any, be paid
as soon as possible after my death.
Item 3: I will, device and bequeath to my son Willie P. Ballard all of
my property of whatever kind and wherever situated, both real and
personal, at my death, provided that he takes care of me during my
lifetime.
Item 4: I hereby appoint my son Willie P. Ballard as my executor of my
will and relieve him of making an inventory and appraisement of my
property and I further relieve him of making any bond or making any
return to any court, all that is required of him is that he probate this
will as required by law.
This the 4 day of April 1948

Signed, sealed and published by Mrs. R.S. Ballard, as her last will and
testament, in the presence of said testator, after she had signed her
special instance and request, and in the presence of each other.
