Going south on highway 19, pass through Zebulon going toward Thomaston. Just outside Zebulon is the new
Pike County library on the right. From the library go 7.5 miles to Bishop
Rd. on the left (you will actually travel about 1/2 mile into Upson County
before you reach Bishop Rd.). Turn left on Bishop Rd. and travel .7 mile
to the stop sign (no road sign here). Turn left and travel 2.8 miles to a
4-way stop sign. Continue straight for .6 mile, and Century Nelson
Cemetery is on the right. The church is now a private residence, but the
cemetery has a separate drive. There are a few others there that didn't seem related. Others are unmarked, very
old and hidden under vines, etc.
These cemetery records were transcribed from the tombstones. This cemetery census is a partial listing.
