documents available via the Georgia Virtual Vault ( the GA Secretary of State's office) .The Archives for the state of GA now has survey / bounty plats online that can be viewed for both Burke and Screven Counties. The TAX lists from Burke, Chatham, and Glynn Counties are also available and some Confederate records.
