Services will be a t 4 p.m. Saturday in Capitol Hill Funeral Home for Manuel Carter, 78, who died Tuesday. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery.

A retired bricklayer, he was born at Boston Mountain, Ark., and came to Oklahoma City from Enid in 1931.

Survivors include his wife, Nora, of the home; four sons, Geroan, Phoenix Arix.; Shady, Britton; Vada, Oklahoma City, and David, Borger, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Elmer Garrison and Mrs. Jessie Wingate, Phoenix, Ariz; a step daughter, Mrs. Abraham Garcia, Harlingen, Texas, and 21 grandchildren
