Captain John H. Tull dies from Accidental Wound

Waco, Texas, Nov 10. Dispatches received here today tell fo the death at Fort Riley, Kan. yesterday of Captain John H. Tull of Waco, 40 years old, in charge of the supply room of the Third Texas Cavalry.
The Funeral will take place at Captain Tull's old home, Riesel, fourteen miles southeast of Waco, and a military escort will be furnished by Col. G.B. Rogers of Waco, commander of the Third Regiment. Captain Tull was sent to Fort Riley by Col. rogers to take a three-month course in cavalry training. While the horses of that place were being made accustomed to gunfire, Captain Tull was accidentally wounded in the leg. According to Col. Rogers Captain Tull was cited by the citizens of Galveston for his faithfulness to duty while that city was under martial law. Captain Tull is survived by his wife and two sons, his mother and three brothers.
